Cowboy Junkies

Cowboy Junkies Their mix of blues, country, folk, rock and jazz have earned them both critical attention and a cult following. Comprised of lead vocalist Margot Timmins, her brothers Michael and Peter, and bassist Alan Anton, they are best known for their Trinity Session recorded in a Toronto Church in 1987 (an album that went double platinum and included their cover of the Velvet Underground’s Sweet Jane). Following a couple of Juno nominations for Group of the Year the group has continued to tour North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia.
